Have you received your order but are not satisfied? You will be able to receive your refund within 7 days.
If the products purchased are not what you expected or do not correspond to the samples, no problem close the package and send it back to us.
You can choose between full refund of the goods or replacement with a different product, net of transport costs.
With La Poliplastic, in fact, you can take advantage of the Satisfied or Refunded policy , as long as the product, upon receipt at our warehouses, is together with its original packaging, completely intact and not damaged.
The return request and consequent refund / replacement must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
You can decide whether to return the package independently or ask La Poliplastic to collect the goods at your address.
The refund will be made with the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
If you want to initiate the return or replacement of your product,
contact us at the following e-mail address, resi@lapoliplastic.biz, indicating:
- Order number;
- If you prefer refund or replacement of the item;
- If you prefer La Poliplastic to collect the goods, please indicate your address for collection and the date on which the goods will be ready for the same.
After sending us the email you will receive our confirmation for the withdrawal or to be able to proceed independently with the sending of the goods to the address that will be indicated by e-mail.
The goods can be received at our warehouses from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00.
The refund/replacement will not be recognized or will be partially recognized only in the event that the returned products are not completely intact or some pieces may be missing, the refund/replacement will take place at the end of the check carried out at La Poliplastic warehouses after approx. 7 working days.
If you want to open a claim for non-compliant goods,
within 10 days of receiving the goods, contact quality@lapoliplastic.biz, indicating:
- Order number;
- Request for opening a complaint;
- Any photos of the product in case it is damaged or does not respect the characteristics defined with the purchase of the samples.
